Lynsey Gaskell

Director & Sales and Lettings Valuer

After a career in retail management I started Shefflets with husband, sister and brother in law in 2007, a real family affair! My background in retail gave me a passion for excellent customer service that I maintain to this day. 

Outside of work my main passion is horses and on most weekends you will find me out and about with my daughter who competes in British Eventing and British Showjumping. 

 

 

Nicola Tym

Branch Manager & Sales and Lettings Valuer

Having spent most of my working life in corporate sales and marketing, the property industry is definitely an eye opener...in a good way of course! Outside work I spend all my spare time (and every penny I earn!) on my two horses who like to keep me busy with various death defying and costly moves. I am also a fully qualified personal trainer and own a motorbike (Honda Fireblade) that I occasionally go and look at in the garage!

 

 

Olivia Carr

Assistant Branch Manager & Sales Negotiator

I started at Shefflets and Sales in 2015 having never worked in the property industry before, I quickly settled in thanks to the team welcoming me in and never looked back.

I was diagnosed as a Type 1 Diabetic at 8 years old in the year 2000 so I have to ensure I control and manage my blood sugars through regular blood testing and insulin injections. 

I also travelled to Australia in 2014 for 6 months where I lived in a small village called Warwick in Queensland, I also travelled to Sydney in the time I was there. 

My hobbies include home interior, Netflix binges, fitness classes, and constantly cleaning up after my partner and daughter!

 

 

Lauren Seigies

Inspection, Inventory Clerk & HMO Specialist

In my spare time I love to cook, bake, and be outdoors especially with the dog. I love to travel and see different parts of the world but especially love the south west of England and being by the coast.
I do love a good movie night at home and living in my pyjamas but I am also partial to a good old knees up on the odd occasion.
I started off working in property around 10 years ago and started my journey at shefflets. Over the years I have taken some time out to travel South East Asia and move around the country to experience different things. It's great to be back at Shefflets and to be able to  work with a fantastic team of people.

 

 

Jess Moran

Inspection, Inventory Clerk & Legionella Specialist

In my spare time, when I’m not building dens or playing shop with my son, I enjoy socialising with my family and friends. Whether that is going for a Sunday lunch or a night on the town! 
I also enjoy upcycling furniture, browsing charity shops and dunking biscuits into tea! 
I have recently started jogging in the hopes of completing a 5k run by the end of the year.

 

 

Willow Allott

Sales and Lettings Administrator

I joined the shefflets team back in 2019 through an apprenticeship, it was a massive change to what I had been used to doing in the past, i am qualified in horse racing care but wanted a change and it’s a change that I would not change for the world. I can honestly say I love my job, there has not yet been a morning that I haven’t wanted to go to work and not many people are able to say that about their job. I am so blessed to have such a fantastic team to work with!Outside of the office in my spare time you will often find me at the gym or with animals as I am a massive animal lover.
